Die Hanse-Stube ist im Excelsior Hotel, sehr elegantes Restaurant am Domplatz. War (leider!) erst einmal hier, auf Einladung. Das Essen und das ganze Ambiente waren fantastisch. Deutsche Küche gab es aber auch, nicht nur französisches.
